My nominee for the educator of the month would have to be my math teacher, Mrs. Rodriguez. She is an eighth-grade teacher at Actis Jr. High School in the Panama Buena Vista Union School District. She should recieve this award because she works as hard as she can to prepare us for high school and our future. She also dedicates her life to making her students learn math and go on to college. Mrs. Rodriguez is a very sweet teacher, and offers her students lots of help with math by participating in "Do the Math," a show sponsered by the school district. She also has a weekly event called "Pack A Sack," which is a time in which students can eat lunch and get help with math in her room. Mrs. Rodriguez is a hard-working teacher who has deserved this award for being the best teacher possible.
