The upscale Haggin Oaks neighborhood in the Southwest boasts proximity to The  Marketplace, Haggin Oaks Park, and the annual Christmastime cookie café known as Dustin's Diner.

House Sales:
According to sales data from January 2005 to now, the average Haggin Oaks home sold for $858,313, was 4107 square feet and had four bedrooms, 3.25 baths and a dining room and a pool.
On the high end, 8800 Omeara Court–– 5399 square feet with four bathrooms, five bedrooms and a pool –– sold for $1,299,000 on Sept. 23, 2005.
Most recently, on Feb. 24, 2006, 9013 Montmedy Court –– 4751 square feet, four bedrooms, 3.75 baths and a pool –– sold for $950,000.
