Savannah Melton, 13, participated in the 2008 Disneyland 5k Family Fun Run over Labor Day weekend, finishing the run in 43 minutes. This was the first time that Savannah has ever participated in a 5k run. She never gave up, no matter how tired or hot she got. Savannah also plays Bobby Sox softball and currently plays soccer for Team Fury, AYSO Region 359.
Savannah always gives her best effort and has a "can do" attitude. Great Job, Savannah! We are very proud of you!

Savannah, that's awesome! I'm proud of you! You are an inspiration to me to keep trying. I ran in that run too, It was really fun. Keep up the great work.
