The first event of the new season of the Fred & Beverly Dukes Memorial Concert series is Brass a la Carte, Sept. 14 at 4 p.m. in the sanctuary of First Congregational Church, 5 Real Rd.. The group features Michael Raney and Sal Panelli on trumpet, Ron Christian on trombone and Michael Stone on euphonium. There is no charge for admission. For details, call 327-1609.
