It seems after Jacquelynn was born going to the gym just didn’t seem to fit in my lifestyle anymore.  I knew I had to lose the baby weight and I knew it would be more difficult to lose after time, so what was I to do?  I belong to a gym that I rarely went to before baby so my first step was to look into that option.  But wait!  They can’t baby sit an infant.  Would I even want them to watch my precious child?  Here is where my dilemma came in.  I needed to lose weight but how can I accommodate myself and my child?  Stroller Strides.  My friend, Alexis, told me about this group called Stroller Strides.  First visual picture was a bunch of moms pushing their strollers and chatting.  Not tough enough!  At first, I tried to convince my friend that we could walk ourselves and do the same thing Stroller Strides did.  Yeah, right.  But with enough coercing, I decided to give it a try since they offer the first class as free!!  I knew I needed someone who would push me and yet understand that we all have our own pace.  The first class was phenomenal.  It was an hour of pure cardio and muscle exercises with bands.  It was nothing like I thought it would be.  The instructors are motivational and the members are friendly.  I’ve now joined and find that the money is well spent.  My workouts are showing in the sizes I am dropping.  The best part about Stroller Strides is how they incorporate my most precious cargo, my baby.  Every class we do something different so it’s never the same.  The instructors are awesome about including our babies in our workouts, if we want to.  Stroller Strides has been the best thing to get me back in shape while not taking time away from my baby. Come out and give Stroller Strides a try, your first class is free!
