Kern Community Wellness Fund Grant Applications for 2008-09

NOW AVAILABLE!!
 
The main objective of this grant program is to fund innovative health outreach and promotion activities focused on serving the underserved populations in rural areas of Kern County.
 
This competitive granting program funds nonprofit organizations providing health-related services outside of greater Bakersfield and are limited to requests of $15,000 or less per agency.
 
 
Eligibility
Eligible Applicants Must:
  • Be a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.
  • Already be providing direct heath-related services to youth (ages 6 to 17) and/or adults in rural Kern County communities.
 
Application cycle
Application deadline: May 16, 2008
