Bakersfield's Newcomers Club and Newcomers Alumni of Bakersfield recently had their monthly luncheon at The Mexacali on California Avenue. It was a wonderful afternoon visiting with new friends and enjoying the music of The Tune Up Shop Barbershop Quartet. Members participated in a Spring Hat contest and had fun creating and judging array array of crazy, funny and quite beautiful Spring bonnets!
