The Bakersfield Art Association is sponsoring a Patriotic Art Exhibit and Competition to be on display during the month of May at their Gallery of Art in the East Hills Mall. Ribbons and/or monetary awards will be offered. All artwork must be submitted on April 26 or 27. A prospectus can be picked up at the Gallery which gives eligibility, entry fees, size requirements, etc. Open to all artists/fine craftsman who reside in Kern County and/or members of the Bakersfield Art Association. The Gallery of Art is located at the East Hills Mall near the east entrance and is open from 11:00 to 5:00 daily except Mondays. Phone 872-2806
