The Bakersfield Brigade Mini’s Recreational Soccer League for kids’ ages 4-9 years of age is back for our 3rd season beginning May 10th, 2008! The league is a Saturday league with the first group starting at 8:00 am at Liberty Park on the corner of Brimhall Rd & Jewetta Ave.  Join hundreds of kids and learn the fundamental skills of soccer: Shooting, Passing, Heading, Receiving, Defending, Dribbling, and Crossing; and get to use their new skills in a match.   Brigade PDL players will once again be involved as Mini’s coaches for the league. 
 
New for 2008!  A Brigade Mini's Academy will be offered to the graduating players of the program.  This will offer a more in depth curriculum and structure for the oldest youth players in the Mini's.
 
Deadline to Register:  April 1st, 2008!
 
What to expect from the Brigade Mini’s:

• Free Admission to All Brigade Regular Season Home Games.
• Half-Time Scrimmages. (Select Teams)
• Game Day Parade – TBD
• Escorting PDL Players At Team Introduction. (Select Teams) 
• Weekly Update News Letter
• Uniform Kit
• Individual/Team Pictures
• Soccer Ball
• Child I.D. Card
