Bonnie Hineline Kempner will be the special guest of the Bakersfield Art Association at the Gallery of Art at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8. Bonnie is a well-respected artist who currently has a show at the Metro Gallery on 19th Street. She paints with both pastels and oil but will demonstrate the different approaches to working with pastels at the March 8 meeting. There is no charge and the public is invited to attend. The Gallery is located at the East Hills Mall near the southeast entrance.
