Bakersfield XTREME won the Bakersfield NW Winter Classic that was sponsored by the NW Blaze Youth Baseball Team. Bakersfield XTREME Dominated the tournament in the 11U age group. Bakersfield XTREME won each game they played within their pool. With the wins this moved them to the playoff games where they dominated again and moved them to the Championship Game where Bakersfield XTREME went head to head with their SW rival "Bakersfield Swing". Bakersfield XTREME continued to dominate the tournament and WON the title of CHAMPIONS for the 11U age group of the NW Blaze Youth Team "Winter Classic Tournament".

This was an exciting weekend for Bakersfield XTREME players, coaches and parents as this was the final tournament for the 2007 year. "What a way to end the year" coach Mark Ladd stated to the team players and parents prior to handing out the Championship T-Shirts to the team players.

Both coaches and team players work hard weekly to make the Bakersfield XTREME the team it is today. The dedication of coaches, players and parents shows the commitment to youth baseball and with the continued dedication Bakesfield XTREME will continue to grow and be successful.
