Banshee in the Kitchen, a Bakersfield-based Celtic music ensemble, will be in concert Nov. 18 at 4 p.m. at the First Congregational Church sanctuary, 5 Real Road (at Stockdale Highway). Group members are Mary Tulin (guitar, bousouki), Jill Egland (flute, accordian), and Brenda Hunter (hammered dulcimer, fiddle).The concert is offered to the public free of charge as part of the Fred and Beverly Dukes concert foundation. The event is being sponsored in part by Valley Public Radio (FM89). No reservations are necessary. For more information, call 327-1609.
