AKC Fun Match

The Junior Handlers of Kern County along with V.I.P. Grooming SPA & Boutique will be holding an All Breed AKC Fun Match on October 28, 2007 at Liberty Park,11225 Brimhall (corner of Brimhall & Jewetta).

All AKC dogs 4 months and older welcome with their owners No dogs with major point in sweepstakes or breed. ILP dogs okay for Showmanship, rally, or obedience. No racks or taped ears all AKC rules apply

During the lunch break there will be a costume contest and general raffle drawing.

Raffle numbers will be posted at 1:30PM. Any unclaimed raffle prizes will be redrawn at 2:15PM and posted on the board until the end of the match.

50/50 Drawing will be before Best In Match

In the combined rings of 1 and 2 at 2:30PM

Presentation of the Best Junior Handler & High In Trial

Followed by Groups and Best In Match

Min. Entry 5 dogs Max. entry 15 dogs

Dogs MUST be at least 1 years old, clean, have rabies certificate, flat buckle collar or harness, 6' lead, 20' training lead, and its own brush.

Junior Handlers of Kern County want to support our troops this Holiday Season With your help we can make a few troops happy by dropping off cards or letters to send to troops that will not be home for the Holidays

NOTE: Special drawing for those that bring a letter or card to send to our troops that will not be home for the holidays. You will receive one free ticket for the special raffle for each card or letter by drop off. (Up to 5 free tickets per family but you can bring in unlimited amount of letters or cards)
