0 responses 0 comments All Vietnam vets are invited to a reception and a patriotic program at Valley Baptist Church, 4800 Fruitvale Ave., on May 27 to celebrate Memorial Day. This year’s program is titled “Name on the Wall” and will include a brief video program. All branches of the military will be honored and the Vietnam Vets will attend a reception and have their names scrolled on the screens during the evening’s program. Favorite patriotic songs will be sung, including the anthems of each branch of the service. The program will begin at 6 p.m. and the entire community is invited to join us for this great night.
