The most intelligent thing those two knuckleheads could possibly do is start downsizing.Its probably too late now though. Had they not let their ego drenched brain cells (they must have a couple)  let their greed override common sense, they would have downsized some time ago or better yet, not tried to grow so fast in the first place.Of course the Crisp extravagence was the worst part. That PO'd the other Brokers in town I'm sure. All it took to start things off was a call to DRE.Cole is old enough to have known this kid was gonna get him in trouble!
