First Congregational Church, 5 Real Road, is sponsoring a fancy brunch at 11:15 a.m. on April 15 to benefit the Get on the Bus project. No reservations are necessary, and a freewill offering will be taken.
The church is sponsoring two buses that will deliver local children and their guardians to visit their moms in the state prison system the Friday before Mother’s Day, May 11.
Anyone wishing to contribute silent auction items (gift certificates, office supplies, gift baskets, housewares, stuffed animals, etc.) to the silent auction during the brunch should contact the church office before April 14.
