THIRD ANNUAL SENIOR PRAYER BREAKFASTS

 

“Holding our Hearts up to God” 

 

The Kern Senior Collaborative is presenting its third annual series of Senior Prayer Breakfasts the week of February 12-16, 2007.  The schedule for all breakfasts is as follows: 

 

8:00 a.m. – Free Blood Sugar Tests

8:30 a.m. – Breakfast

9:00 a.m. – Special Music and Speaker

9:30 a.m. – Prayer and Closing

Cost:  $5.00 (Includes Breakfast) 

Tickets can be purchased from the contact listed and must be purchased by February 10.  A free will offering will be taken at each breakfast in support of the Kern Senior Collaborative. 

 

Breakfasts will be held at the following locations (contacts are listed): 

Monday, February 12:  St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church

The Prayer Breakfasts have been well attended in the past.  Seniors of all faiths are encouraged to attend a breakfast at a location most convenient to them.  Questions can be directed to the contact for each breakfast or to Gary Bashor, Kern Senior Collaborative Spirituality and Aging Chairman at 661-330-7392.  Come and enjoy an inspiring program and share your love for seniors with other seniors.  Caregivers and family members are most welcome!  Advance tickets are required.
