The Bakersfield Art Association is pleased to announce the featured artist for the month of January at Russo's Books is Eleanor Clark. After a fulfilling career in commercial art, Eleanor now paints full time, specializing in watercolor and pastels.  She has won many awards, including 11 ribbons at the fair this year. The exhibit will include paintings from her trips to Cambodia and Viet Nam.
