0 responses 0 comments Randy Tullis, 14, earned his Brown Belt 1st degree in martial arts in July. It was presented by Master Earl Absher of the Order of the Dragons. Randy attends West High school and is a member of the West High Band. He is also an active golfer and enjoys computer graphics and art. Randy has been practicing martial arts for two years and has won many awards at local martial arts tournaments.
