Mary Lou has lived in the Southwest for the last five years.
She is retired from the Bakersfield City School District, having
taught at Mt Vernon for 32 years. She is an avid bridge player.
She has also been active with the Jr. Miss Scholarship Program
for 20 years.
3 T butter or margarine
14 chocolate cream filled cookies, crushed
24 marshmallows
½ c milk
4 T crème de menthe (green)
2 T crème de cacao (white)
1 c whipping cream (whipped)
Melt butter or margarine and combine with crushed cookie
crumbs. Press into an 8 inch pie pan to form a crust. Melt
marshmallows with milk in a saucepan. Stir in crème de
menthe and crème de cacao. Cool. Fold in whipped cream
