Dukellis, a 2006 graduate of Stockdale High School, was recently awarded a $5,000 scholarship from the Fleet Reserve Association. <br /> <br /> Nicholas is presently attending the U.C. Davis University on a Regents Scholarship. The Fleet Reserve Association is a national organization composed of active, retired or honorably discharged members of the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. <br /> <br /> The local branch meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at the U.S. Marine Reserve Training Center at 4201 Chester Ave.
