I am a Professionaly trained Pastry Chef and am currently working as a Cake Decorator, and writing resturtant reviews on the side. I am also the Event Cordinator at Michaels in Rosedale, and I teach Wilton Cake decrotating. I enjoy cooking, baking, decorating,spending time outdoors( mostly at the beach, Morro Bay, Cambria), oil painting, jewelery making, knitting and spending time with my family and friends. I will be getting married next Spring, Needless to say I am a very busy person!
