Katie Dunlap, 26, is a kindergarten teacher at Amy B. Seibert school in the Southwest. Dunlap, a Bakersfield native, attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and earned her credential and master's in education from Point Loma. She and her husband, Jeff, married in 2004.
