   The Friends of the Kern County Library thank you so much for helping make our October book sale such a success. Articles in The Voice gave the sale good exposure.   The funds we raise support special requests from the Kern County Library system and donations to the fun of book purchases. Last summer we were able to fund well-attended children and adult reading programs and to donate $10,000 to the library book fund. Thank you again for your help. Sincerely, Jo Fulcher
