Tevis Junior High School cheerleaders are showing great school spirit. They performed at the Tevis Ranger Day rally and cheered for volleyball teams at Monday and Wednesday games.
Their coach, Valerie Renteria, a cheerleader at Cal State Bakersfield, has taught them a variety of cheers and chants to support thier teams.
The cheer team consists of 11 girls: Nicole Angelini, Annie Berry, Tayler Davis, Mikayla Feil, Tatianna Garcia, Madison Gutierrez, Jane Hobin, Mackenzie Hooper, Olivia Ochoa, Jordan Payne, and Tanner Reed. These girls will be working hard to get ready for Basketball season.
