Calvary Chapel Westbrook held its seventh annual Daddy Daughter Dance on Friday, Feb. 9. Approximately 85 daddies brought their daughters, granddaughters, and daughters-in-law for a special evening packed with fellowship, prayer and fun!  The purpose of this annual event is to provide a unique time for daddies and daughters to spend quality time together. We recognize that time intentionally set aside for family does not happen as often as it should. We hope to help families slow down, and to create memories and traditions that are meaningful and special for daughters.  Every year, Senior Pastor Mike Osthimer prays with all the dads and daughters, reminding them of God’s love and reminding dads of the privileged role they play in the raising of their daughters.  For the second year in a row, “Greengo,” our green puppet friend who goes out into the world and shares the Gospel, made his appearance and taught the girls about forgiveness and what to...
