GRASSHOPPER PIE 3 T butter or margarine 14 chocolate cream filled cookies, crushed 24 marshmallows ½ c milk 4 T crème de menthe (green) 2 T crème de cacao (white) 1 c whipping cream (whipped) Melt butter or margarine and combine with crushed cookie crumbs. Press into an 8 inch pie pan to form a crust. Melt marshmallows with milk in a saucepan. Stir in crème de menthe and crème de cacao. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and pour filling into chilled pie crust and freeze. Serve frozen.
