The free Children's short story is now posted on my web site for your viewing. You can read it on line or download it at www.grannywrites4kids.com Peg I was invited to read out of my book Grannies' Critters by the Mrs. Doering, the first grade teacher at St. John's Elementary School. They were having a read-a-thon. I love reading to the little ones and they were so well behaved and attentive. I picked a story about a goat, another one about a baby duck, and the last one I read to them was about a puppy. Kids always like stories about puppies. My great, granddaughter is in the class and of course she sat as close to me as she could get. It is always awesome to read to six and seven year olds, since that is why I write my children's books. I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did.
I have just posted the new children's short story on my web site. This is the May story and on the first of every month it will change. You may read it on line or download it. Hope you and your children enjoy these creations.
Peg Connelly will be autographing her books, Grannies' Shorts, Grannies' Critters and her new book My Quirky, Oddball, Eccentric, Unpredictable Grandma at Barnes and Nobles on Saturday, March 24th from noon until 4pm. Every month I post a new children's short story on my web site. You may download it or just read it to your children. Hope you enjoy them. Peg
