I told my Doctor about this and he says " yeah, right",  he says the only thing that would even come close to doing this would be if the wrap created heat of some kind.  I would have to have a free sample to even think about using it and even then, I'd want to have it checked out to see what's in it to make sure it doesn't cause Cancer or something else to kill us off.

 What if nothing happens...
